Professional Sunshine Roofing is currently hiring an experienced Field Supervisor for our Orlando area.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Visiting job sites and tracking job status.
Updating jobs on a daily basis.
Reporting all repairs and jobs for scheduling.
Meeting with inspectors and subcontractors.
Solving or referring field problems as they arise.
Initiating and obtaining extra work authorizations from customers/homeowners.
Verifying that crews follow safety procedures set by PSR and OSHA.
Reviewing work in progress to ensure schedules are adhered to.
Being detail-oriented.
Maintaining high organization skills.
Ability to climb a ladder.
Understanding roofing practices, techniques, codes, and regulations.
Other tasks as assigned. Candidates must be reliable and team players. A valid FL driver’s license is required. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus!
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in roofing/construction.
This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits after 90 days.
Professional Sunshine Roofing is always hiring experienced roofers proficient in all roofing systems, including metal, shingle, flat, tile, torch, TPO, and commercial.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. PSR has two locations; visit the contact us page for details.
